I look forward to discussing the Business Value of Diversity with my fellow panel members. This is definitely a conversation that is gaining momentum in our collective business consciousness. And while it’s certainly encouraging that many leaders are focused on making progress, we need to be thinking about diversity and inclusion beyond the headlines and catch phrases.
