Insurance Business America Names Tangram “Top Insurance Workplace 2020”

In order to qualify, employees anonymously evaluated their workplaces on a variety of metrics such as benefits, compensation, culture, employee development, and diversity. Among the most effective measures identified by employees were flexible scheduling options, generous health and family leave benefits, diverse hiring practices, and a supportive culture.
