Camie Poplawski is Vice President of Sales at Tangram Insurance Services, where she supports the company’s sales initiatives and plays a key role in the growth and development of Tangram’s social services program. With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Camie brings a strong background in sales leadership, marketing strategy, operations, and team development. Her relationship-driven approach and passion for helping clients navigate specialized insurance solutions have made her a valuable contributor to Tangram’s expanding program portfolio.
Prior to joining Tangram, Camie built an accomplished career in personal lines insurance and agency leadership. In 2010, she co-founded and launched a successful Allstate agency with her business partner, growing the operation to more than $10 million in premium volume. Following a merger and sale in 2019, Camie was appointed Head of Business Development for a larger agency organization, where she focused on driving agency performance through sales leadership, operational oversight, team mentorship, and strategic marketing initiatives designed to generate sustainable growth.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and entrepreneurial mindset, Camie is passionate about building strong teams, fostering meaningful relationships, and creating opportunities for growth within the insurance industry. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is the co-founder of Excelerate-HER, a women’s business networking organization dedicated to empowering and supporting women in business through mentorship, education, and relationship-building.
Camie resides on the seacoast of southern New Hampshire with her English Bulldog, Bentlee. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, paddleboarding, fitness, and exploring new restaurants in Boston. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter, Kelsie, a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
