Rob DeLeon is a Business Development Manager at Tangram Insurance Services. He started his career on the retail side launching his own agency and has extensive experience working closely with underwriting, operational, and customer service teams to develop meaningful and profitable relationships with retail partners. Rob is the proud father of an 8-year-old (a competitive swimmer!). He also has two dogs, a 12-year-old Black Lab named Paco and a 13-year-old Jack Russel named Cajun. When he’s not working he is an avid outdoorsman – hiking trails, fishing, kayaking, and competing in 3D archery competitions. Rob is born and raised in Illinois and has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from MacMurray College. He will be representing Tangram programs in the Midwest from his remote office in central Illinois.
