Christina Conlan is Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Tangram Insurance Services, where she oversees all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial operations. In her role, Christina is responsible for managing billing, invoicing, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and operational accounting processes that support Tangram’s growing portfolio of specialty insurance programs. Her extensive industry knowledge and financial leadership help ensure operational efficiency, fiscal accountability, and long-term organizational growth.
Christina brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience to Tangram, including over 15 years focused specifically on finance and accounting within the specialty insurance sector. She began her career selling commercial truck insurance for a large specialty MGA based in the Northeast before transitioning into finance and accounting leadership within the organization. This unique combination of frontline insurance experience and financial expertise provides her with a well-rounded understanding of both operational and business management functions within the insurance industry.
Known for her strong work ethic, analytical mindset, and collaborative leadership style, Christina plays a key role in supporting Tangram’s operational and strategic initiatives. Her ability to manage complex financial processes while maintaining a service-oriented approach has made her a trusted leader within the organization.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Immaculata University and later earned her MBA in Accounting and Business Management from DeSales University. She resides in the Philadelphia area and is an avid supporter of her local sports teams, particularly the Phillies and Eagles. Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son play college baseball, coaching her daughter’s travel softball team, and staying active through kayaking, hiking, and obstacle course races including Spartan, Tough Mudder, and Rugged Maniac events.
