Hillary joined Tangram Insurance Services in 2024 as a Senior Underwriter and was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Underwriting in 2025 in recognition of her strong leadership, underwriting expertise, and contributions to the company’s growing portfolio of specialty programs. In her current role, Hillary oversees Tangram’s small business programs, where she is responsible for underwriting strategy, program performance, and delivering specialized insurance solutions tailored to the evolving needs of small businesses across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Tangram, Hillary worked for a leading Managing General Agency specializing in the Excess & Surplus (E&S) market, where she developed extensive expertise in specialty underwriting and program development. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with carrier partners to design, launch, and manage niche insurance products focused on underserved and emerging market segments. Her ability to identify market opportunities and create tailored solutions has contributed to the successful growth and expansion of specialty programs.
Known for her collaborative approach and strong technical underwriting knowledge, Hillary is passionate about building lasting relationships with brokers, carrier partners, and clients while delivering innovative solutions that support long-term program success. Her experience across the specialty insurance market has positioned her as a trusted leader within Tangram’s underwriting organization.
