Jaimee Patane was born and raised in Marin County, California. She found insurance in 2013, when she joined Tangram in the underwriting department. Having a knack for the business, in 2015 she transitioned into Operations and was named Employee of the Year. She was quickly promoted to Manager of Underwriting Operations and in 2019 was promoted again to Assistant Vice President of Operations and joined the Leadership Team. In her current role, she develops and implements all workflows, provides key insights to sales and underwriting through key analytics reports and manages on-boarding of new programs, insurance partners, vendors and employees. Jaimee also plays a critical role in maintaining the corporate culture at Tangram, which includes strongly valuing employees, supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, health and wellness and giving back to the community through charitable contributions and volunteer work. She started the Tangram annual culture yearbook and is a member of the Women of Influence, which is company-led initiative to empower high performing women in the organization and insurance in general. Jaimee holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Sonoma State University.
