As Senior Vice President of Underwriting at Tangram Insurance Services, Krissy is responsible for the growth and profitability of Tangram’s core programs which are comprised of both multiline and monoline programs serving industries that range from social services to energy to building services and a multitude of classes within the contracting space. She helps launch and grow programs by working with carriers on coverage analysis, filings, rate management, and workflow.
Krissy began her career in 2004 on the brokerage side as an account manager and producer. She quickly learned the ropes working in every program and building specialization. She was promoted to Underwriting Manager, later Vice President of Underwriting and now oversees all aspects of underwriting and program management and is a key part of the executive team.
Krissy’s passion is people. She is proud to lead a diverse team of underwriters who underwrite and produce specialty insurance programs in varies niche industries across the United States.
Krissy is a local Bay Area native. She graduated from Dominican University where she earned a degree in psychology and played both soccer and basketball. Krissy resides in the town of Sonoma with her husband and two young kids. Outside of work you can find her traveling, enjoying the wine country, and seeking out live music of all kinds.
