As Executive Vice President at Tangram Insurance Services, Krissy Kyjovsky provides strategic leadership across the company’s Underwriting, Operations, Sales, and Agency teams. In her role, she is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and operational performance of Tangram’s portfolio of specialty insurance programs, which include both multiline and monoline solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of niche industries across the United States. Her leadership plays a critical role in aligning cross-functional teams, strengthening program performance, and supporting Tangram’s long-term strategic growth initiatives.
Krissy began her insurance career in 2004 on the brokerage side as an account manager and producer, where she quickly established herself through her strong work ethic, industry knowledge, and client-focused approach. Over the course of her career, she gained experience across multiple programs and specialized lines of business, steadily advancing into leadership roles including Underwriting Manager, Vice President of Underwriting, Senior Vice President of Underwriting, and ultimately Executive Vice President. Throughout her progression, she has overseen all aspects of underwriting operations, program management, and team development.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and passion for people, Krissy is proud to lead a diverse team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering specialized insurance solutions and exceptional service to clients nationwide. Her ability to build strong teams, foster professional development, and create a culture of accountability and innovation has been instrumental to Tangram’s continued success.
A Bay Area native, Krissy graduated from Dominican University with a degree in Psychology, where she also competed in both soccer and basketball. She currently resides in Sonoma, California with her husband and two young children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring wine country, and attending live music events of all kinds.
