Jaimee Patane is Vice President of Operations at Tangram Insurance Services and a key member of the company’s leadership team, where she oversees underwriting operations, workflow development, onboarding initiatives, and operational analytics across the organization. Since joining Tangram in 2013, Jaimee has played an integral role in streamlining internal processes, supporting program growth, and enhancing operational efficiency throughout the company’s expanding portfolio of specialty insurance programs.
Beginning her career in Tangram’s underwriting department, Jaimee quickly demonstrated a natural aptitude for the insurance business and a strong commitment to operational excellence. In 2015, she transitioned into Operations and was recognized as Tangram’s Employee of the Year for her contributions to the organization. Her leadership and impact led to rapid advancement, including promotions to Manager of Underwriting Operations and later Assistant Vice President of Operations in 2019, when she also joined the company’s Leadership Team.
In her current role, Jaimee is responsible for developing and implementing operational workflows, managing onboarding processes for new programs, insurance partners, vendors, and employees, and providing critical business insights through analytics and reporting. Her ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution has made her an essential contributor to Tangram’s continued growth and scalability.
Beyond her operational leadership, Jaimee plays a significant role in shaping and preserving Tangram’s unique corporate culture. She is a strong advocate for employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, health and wellness, and community involvement through charitable giving and volunteerism. She also founded Tangram’s annual culture yearbook and is an active member of Women of Influence, a company-led initiative focused on empowering high-performing women within Tangram and the broader insurance industry.
Born and raised in Marin County, California, Jaimee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sonoma State University.
