Born and raised in the East San Francisco Bay Area, Shelby currently resides there with her husband, David, and their German Shepherd, Lucy. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys camping, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
